​​We are a Small Salon on E. Vista Way serving, Vista, Oceanside, Bonsall, San Marcos, Escondido and Valley Center. Kevin Murphy, Davines, and Amika Salon. Lots of Freedom and flexibility. Deluxe shampoo sinks, storage and a fun and independent place to serve your clients. Salon advertising and client leads will be rotated to everyone.

Stylist/Barber Chair Rental Leases {$40/day}

Available contracted days to rent are -

Station 3 Available for: 
  • ​Private use station reserves all 7 days for your business use - $140​
  or
  • Shared Full Time Station. Select Monday thru Sunday - 5 days per week $120 | 4 days per week $100. Select Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - 3 days per week $90 | 2 days per week $80 | 1 day per week $40.

Station 1 & 2 Available for: ​
  • Shared Part Time Station. Select Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - 3 days per week $90 | 2 days per week $80 | 1 day per week $40

  • Shared Full or Part Time Station. Select Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 4 days per week $100 | 3 days per week $90 | 2 days per week $80 | 1 day per week $40

A la Carte  {first come}

A la carte Rental Option. Rent a chair with no strings attached. No weekly contract. No storage. Rental Fee is PRE-PAID, must pay in advance to reserve chair. Subject to availability. Minimum 24 hours notice required, the more notice the greater chance of holding a chair. Rewards on Retail Referral sales.

Must have a copy of your CA State License on file with us and posted during services.
Must have a copy of your Vista Business License on File with us and posted during services.
Must have insurance and provide certificate holder as proof of insurance to Modern Love Salon ®.

Requirements
Must have a valid California State Board License
Must have a Vista Business License
​Must have all three licenses posted in your station at all times
Must have insursnce and provide certificate holder to Mandy Parrey of Modern Love Salon®️
​Must follow State Board regulations and keep your station clean, violations will be fined. 

Leasing Contract
90 day term, then automatically switches to month to month. 30 day written notice is required for vacating at anytime.
